The easiest way activate your Rezilient benefit:
- Your employer-specific URL will follow this format: app.rezilienthealth.com/activate/[your employer name or health plan]
- Once you are directed to your employer specific landing page, click “Get Started”
- Or go straight to https://app.rezilienthealth.com/activate/ and search for your employer.
Enter all of your personal information in the Rezilient platform.
Once you have completed the signup process, your patient dashboard will appear.
From your dashboard, you will be able to schedule your first appointment, message your care team, request medication refills, etc.
