  • Our hybrid model pairs an in-person clinical medic with a provider on secure video, using connected diagnostic devices to support a real physical exam. Patients get same-day and next-day access to primary care, urgent care, specialty consults, and care navigation, in-person or virtually, wherever they live.
  • We serve self-funded employers, health system partners, and coalitions across the country, replacing the fragmented mix of point solutions most employers stitch together with one connected care experience.
